Firm Commitment to the Local Community
Since its establishment, ABC Europe Ltd has maintained a firm commitment to support local communities it target regions, and has participated in a number of community related events.
We are now in talks with selected local authorities and councils in London to bring fast, efficient, and affordable Satellite, voice and Internet connectivity to a large number of residential blocks.
ABC Europe Ltd, has sponsored a Classical music concert by the Long Island Youth Orchestra from New York, in Gibraltar's prestigious natural venue, St. Michael's Cave. The concert attracted unprecedented interest not only from the local population and media but also from the neighbouring towns of Spain, and substantial media coverage was obtained. The 84 strong orchestra praised the support offered by ABC Europe Ltd.
In addition to the classical concert ABC Europe Ltd has also sponsored the Gibraltar Live Music Society, in a summer programme of events which intends to promote live music in Gibraltar, ranging from pop to rock bands. The programme of events is known as "Earbash".
A Gladiator show in Spain's Costa del Sol, in the town of Fuengirola, was also supported by the company with an exciting exhibition of roman gladiator fights.
ABC Europe has also pledged its support to a number of individuals and organisations who require assistance either in the form of equipment, such as wheelchairs for disabled people as well as financial assistance to those in need. As from October a monthly donation will be offered to worthy causes related to assistance in medical fields.
The Rotary Club of Gibraltar has also enjoyed ABC Europe's community involvement projects, by benefiting from ABC's expertise in the field of the Internet and communications by having its first ever Gibraltar Rotary Club website hosted by ABC Europe.
